The Cozy Fire Made It Special
Each evening ended with the warmth of the cozy fireplace in our luxuriously spacious casita, overlooking the breathtaking mountains. The staff’s warm hospitality made us feel right at home.
However, the lighting was quite poor in the bathroom and along the walkways, which made for a few cautious evening strolls back to our casita.

Some parts shine, others fall flat
The bungalows were fantastic, offering breathtaking views and cozy fireplaces for chilly evenings. Daily nature walks and engaging activities enriched our stay wonderfully!
Dining choices felt somewhat limited, and prices on the menu leaned towards the high side.

My partner was unwell during our stay, and we faced challenges with extending our checkout. The hotel was fully booked, leaving us without an alternative room when he needed it the most. To add to our frustrations, I requested to exchange the extra cocktails we received for Coca Cola, but that request was denied, resulting in an unexpected charge.

The hotel is beautifully decorated and the surroundings are breathtaking
We enjoyed our luxury casita, which was spacious and had a wonderful atmosphere. The only concern was the somewhat limited dining options. Overall, it was a magical stay filled with great service and unforgettable views.

The individual lodges are beautifully designed with stunning views over the Sacred Valley, allowing for a serene escape into nature.
The limited menu for lunch and dinner made meal options feel repetitive after a couple of nights.

This place offers breathtaking views of the mountains surrounding the hotel, making it a perfect spot for relaxation. The staff went above and beyond to provide excellent service, and the fireplace in our suite added a cozy charm. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, with fresh options cooked to order.
Although overall great, I wish the dining options were a bit more affordable, as it felt a tad pricey for some meals.

Our stay was unforgettable with a cozy fireplace ready for us after dinner and breathtaking views of the valley from our room. We especially enjoyed the relaxing nature walks and the star-gazing tour that added a magical touch to our trip. The casita was impressively spacious, featuring a cozy fireplace that enhanced the chilly evenings. Spectacular views of the surrounding mountains offered a breathtaking backdrop at every turn. A delightful afternoon tea with various snacks complemented our stay and allowed us to unwind. However, the room could benefit from better heating, as it struggled to stay warm during the night. Additionally, more lighting in the bathroom and along the walkways would improve safety and comfort.
